I will NOT, nor have I, shortcut my services or the process for offering incentives to my sellers or buyers. I realize all sellers & buyer’s home is their biggest asset! Therefore, I have & will put all my hard work and negotiation force to work for you. I can prove it through my past sales!

I will promise and guarantee my personalized attention and service. My transparency, honesty. I will sell your home for the highest price and shortest time.

I will Guide and  Walk you through the whole process and help you with the staging. Post your home on Social media coverage for more exposure.

The Selling Process:  

  1. I will offer an expert market analysis, to determine the most appropriate price for your home.

  2. I'll provide home staging advice in order to attract more buyers in.

  3. Professional photography to present your home on the MLS.

  4. The home will be listed on MLS, appearing on over 200+ real estate related websites (including Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc.). NOTE: The MLS (Multiple Listing Services) offers the same publicity for every agent regardless of company association or compensation-type. In order to get high visibility I will post your home as a "Coming Soon" on Zillow.

  5. With your consent I’ll negotiate the purchase offer, I'll make sure that you get the best price the market will allow. I‘ll make sure you understand contract’s contingencies through close of escrow. I'll ensure you get the best price and closing terms, while overseeing all the paper work through closing.

  6. Open houses & Private showings will be held on a weekly basis in order to attract maximum visibility.

  7. Tailored marketing/email blasts to every neighbor & realtor in surrounding listed home.

  8.  CANCEL AT ANY TIME prior to being under contract with a buyer. WHY? It is & has been my goal to exceed your expectations!

  9. Please keep in mind, it takes the same effort, documents & time regardless of the price ($300K is the same as $3 Mil home transaction). That’s how I ‘m able to give you my personalized attention, devotion and communication to selling your home. I will be your point of contact 24/7, I don’t secure you as a client only to hand you off to team members.

  10. All process, documentations and liabilities are all the same (regardless of commission %). Please note I am NOT LOWERING MY COMMISSION.  This is my set price for the same exact process and job as one who is charging higher.
